By using CyberShieldMaple’s platform, services, software, or website (collectively the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you (or your business) and CyberShieldMaple Inc.

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your business. The Services are intended for small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs), not for personal or consumer use.

CyberShieldMaple provides an AI-driven cybersecurity and compliance platform. You may use the Services only for your internal business operations and in full compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. Misuse—including reverse-engineering, unauthorized access, or disruption—is strictly prohibited.

We collect only the system telemetry needed to detect threats, assess risk, and deliver compliance insights. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We never collect personal documents or communication content, and we do not use your data to train public AI models.

You are responsible for your account credentials, endpoint registration, and maintaining secure access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, based on the selected tier. Charges are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in suspended access.

All platform content, AI systems, software, and visual elements are the intellectual property of CyberShieldMaple or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or modify them without prior written consent.

Prohibited use includes, but is not limited to: hacking, spreading malware, violating any laws, interfering with service operation, or attempting to access other users’ data.

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, especially for violation of these Terms or abuse of the platform. You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account.

Our platform provides best-effort cybersecurity and compliance tools, but no system is foolproof. We offer no guarantee of uninterrupted service or 100% threat prevention. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CyberShieldMaple is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Material changes will be posted here, and your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
